Yeah, just let your lats get bigger and you'll have that V shape in no time. I recommend bent over barbell rows/dumbell rows or wide grip chin ups for great back development.
Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

You're shoulders are not being given time to recover mate; you're performing well below your potential.
Muscles take a long time to repair after serious lifting. Lifting damages the muscles, so after lifting we not only need to wait for our muscles to repair to their previous strength, we need to wait for them to heal beyond their previous strength. This can take 4 days or more, regardless of how the muscles actually feel.Originally posted by Adone
I don't know about this, manu... It looks like my lifts are getting higher and higher every workout, so maybe I could go on like this until it works... I mean, if I'm getting stronger every time I perform millies, it probably means that my shoulders have recovered from the previous workout.
However, you and many other guys in here are better-informed than me, so tell me where my reasoning fails, because I don't really want to limit myself. I want to press my bodyweight as soon as I can.
