mix in BLENDER:

-2 scoops whey
-500 ml of cold water
-2 packets of 'Splenda' (artificial sweetener that works great!)
-2 teaspoons of plain cocoa (or more if you're so inclined)


Cocoa powder makes the drink more chocolatey and 2 packets of splenda bring it to the perfect sweetness. Best advice I can give you dude. It's that simple.
