Hello

I have some acne on my chest.. I have tryed some creams but they dont work..

Now I am using 3x1000mg silimarine daily and 100mg B-vitamin.. I hope that it will help. Do u have any other advices to remove acne on the chest.. ? btw. when I go on a seaside they always go away in a week. I tried solarium in winter but it doesnt help...

Any advice would be nice!

benzoylperoxide or isotretinoin(roaccutane). btw what do you mean with 100mg b5? gotta take 5000-10000mg that it works(havent tried it myself but i know the dosage)

its from juice huh??...lol. i experienced the same thing...when you shower...cleanse and rub it with some dishwasing soap twice a day....everyday till it disappears...and tanning works miricles also i heard...

how long did it take for the acne to stop once u stopped the juice?

actually I had acne even before I started the juice.. but they dissapered for couple of months after I was on the seaside (sun+salt). I used the klindicinamide cream from the doctor but no efect.. I am afraid of using the roucatane, I heard that u can get mental problems..

Any other advices ?

i was stupid thinking theyd just disappear like all the other times i had a pimple pop up...boy was i WRONG! i tried everything otc but still wouldnt work till i got proactiv maximum strength. it cleared it up but i was left with scars because i think i left them for too long??...who knows...but i think im going to see a derma about reversing them and start another cycle maybe next year after i do some more research!
