Acne gone....but red marks left

I have been on a course of Roaccutane and it has been wonderful and almost completely removed my acne. However my face is still slightly inflamed and reddish, and I have quite a few red marks and blemishes. My doctor says this will fade over time, but are there any quicker ways to make it go?

I heard "Neutrogena Multi-Vitamin" thing works good to get rid of the red spots.
