alright, to start-->

5-7 washes a day will only make it worse because your going to irritate the hell out of your skin. bad.

sun treatment: wtf? thats a terrible idea, your going to get sunburned and like someone said skin cancer is worse than acne. besides the fact that your not getting rid of acne at all, your just getting tanner, and your acne becomes less obvious. not a fix at all


last guy, i understand that a study was done on B5, but it was some chinese quack that did that, and the results werent all reported very accurately, so ive heard. but regardless, your megadosing on B5 AND A, which is definitely dangerous. i highly suggest you knock that **** off right away. seriously....

Thats almost what I do except I use Erythromycin instead of Clindagel
