Acne Breakout

I have a pretty bad acne breakout, and my confidence is really down. Ive tried anti-septic r whatever, but to no avail. What is the most effective thing to fight acne?
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

:)

Use some 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, and don't forget to wash your face 2x daily (not with soap!).

Oh, i thought I had to wash WITH soap. I know im 16, but I thought I was past that stage. Thanks for the help.
