Hey, i have a problem with cardiovascular excersizes, especially running. Whenever i run, after abiut 5 minutes something in my achillied tendon "clicks" (thats not the right word but it's hard to describe), it hurts like **** for about a second then aches and i have to pull up.

Any suggestions?

Happened to me a couple of years ago. The doctor put me on some anti-inflamatory pills. It got better about a week later.
