Accountability thread. Day 2- 90

Ive decided to do an accountability thread, as Im struggling with things at the moment. and I want an end result.

I see huge benefits when I quit carbs, caffeine, fap, and porn. although i only indulge in them, all 4 completely fck up my emotional physical and mental health. Something is clearly wrong in the old ECU, and my body needs a break.

I also have some kind of dopamine rewiring, because just one cup of coffee sends me into an anxious mess, its totally affected my ability to gain muscle, due to constant flooding of cortisol, it messes up all my social interactions. (yet I used to drink it all day without a problem)

However i manage to get 10 days under my belt and usually relapse on one or the other. which sends me on a mass relapse of everything for a fortnight.

I then look aged, Chronic IBS, pupils look dark, cant be bothered with people. loose all my charm, Women basically ignore me.

Another reason is, even though I am not an avid, porn or fapper, its completely got to the point now Im 38, its destroyed my penis sensitivity, and the old boy is a shadow of his former self. I have a nice unit, but cant afford for him to have size problems :rofl:

One positive from the last 2 months is I've lost 8kg from fasting. I now weigh 104kg, sadly my torso still looks a bit flabby, but other people are noticing.

I will update my sleep pattern and small steps made by the weekend, I predict within a fortnight:

weight loss
younger looking(due to sleep)
eye change colour.
recharged social confidence
masculine frame. ( go full on goofy beta when Im anxious or hyper)
lack of depression.
Morning wood.
Huge increase in women eyef*cking me, or choosing signals(all these tank through the floor when Im in a dopamine mess)

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
