According to the FBI, hispanics do not commit crime

They are mostly illegals and commit a lot of crime but the government files it as white crime. Hispanics are not white ethnicity. Clearly this anti-white administration and liberals through immigration and other schemes are trying to replace whites with Hispanics (and every other non-white).

The latest Census Bureau data reports that Hispanics make up 17.1 percent of the U.S. population, and, while the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) lists the race of reported offenders in their annual Uniformed Crime Report (UCR), the agency does not report crimes committed by Hispanics or Latinos.

The 2012 UCR listed the total number of crimes committed by "whites," "blacks," "American Indian or Alaskan natives" and even those committed by "Asian or Pacific Islanders (who only accounted for 1.2 percent of the nation's crimes)." But, none by Hispanics.

Is this simply an oversight?...Could the FBI be so incompetent that they are unaware of the existence of this nation's large Hispanic population?

Apparently, that is not the case, since the FBI does list Hispanics as victims of crime. The 2012 report states: "Rates of serious violent victimization for whites, blacks, and Hispanics remained stable from 2011 to 2012."

Consider the following facts:

-In 2010, Hispanics accounted for 20.6 percent of the US prison population, according to Bureau of Prisons data.

-The 2011 National Youth Gang Survey Analysis reported that 46 percent of all US gang members are Hispanic.

-In 2009, a Pew Hispanic Center study, reported that Hispanics/Latinos "accounted for 40 percent of all sentenced federal offenders."

So, why has the FBI chosen to simply omit the all Hispanic crime?

It is likely due to the fact that 72 percent of Hispanic offenders are not U.S. citizens, according to that same, aforementioned, Pew report. Of course, that figure is based upon 2009 data, and, given the fact that for the last five years, the Obama administration has chosen to basically halt enforcement of our immigration laws, and is now distributing illegal aliens throughout the United States at taxpayer expense, that figure is likely much higher.

You see, the federal government has never kept official statistics on the crimes committed by those here illegally. If there was ever a true accounting made of the types and number of crimes being committed by illegal aliens, it would likely result in calls for mass deportations by outraged citizens of all political stripes, therefore such a move will always be blocked by open-borders groups such as the Chamber of Commerce.

Actually, the crimes committed by Hispanics are not actually omitted, they are simply listed attributed to "white" offenders. As such, the FBI reported that whites committed 69.3 percent of the total number of crimes in 2012, while Hispanics committed none.

And, that same, politically correct, if not accurate, system of classification has been adopted by local law enforcement as well.

Take for example, the recent arrest of Angel Sanches in Dallas, Texas...The 17-year-old has been charged with strangling to death a 5-year-old girl, and, though the Dallas County Sheriff's Office lists Sanches as an "illegal alien," and he is clearly of Hispanic/Latino origin, his booking report lists the foreign national as "white."

If our nation's law enforcement agencies have been so obviously politicized to the point where they cannot even honestly identify the race of an offender...How can they possibly deal with the explosion in crime coming from the ever-growing illegal alien population?

Talk about drivel. Mexicans are not white anymore than Obama is considered white even if you broadly use the ethnicity of white to describe the entire Caucasian race. Mexicans are mixed race mostly of certain tribes of American Indian. So if anything they should be classified under American Indian if not classified as mixed race or by their ethnicity. Denying white is an ethnicity of Caucasian and selectively classifying mixed race criminals as white is all wrong and done for agendas of immigration and multiculturalism.

Your argument is basically, "that's the way they do it, so that's why it is done that way". No sh!t.

And of course local law enforcement doesn't properly report the ethnicity or race or even the nationality and legal status to the FBI. The federal government DOJ, DHS etc. direct the policy not to, just as feds directs many other state and local policies.

As far as contacting one's representatives, they already know most Americans are against the illegal immigration despite how much the media hides the problems . Like many other issues, politicians just ignore the public and do what they want. First things first, word needs to be spread of the true nature of the problems.

Actually the FBI has recently started collecting data about ethnicity for the UCR. There are white Hispanics, and non-white Hispanics.

Hispanics are usually either of European descent, or a mixture of Native American and European descent(typical Latin-American).

Technically, most Hispanics either fall into the Native American or White racial groups.


Europeans for instance may be- Slavic, Celtic, Germanic, Caucasian, Latin, Turkic, Finnic, Basque, and many other categories/sub-categories. They are all considered white. You don't consider Italians to be non-white, so it makes no sense to consider Spaniards non-white either.

Originally white meant Caucasians from northwest Europe, which composed the vast majority of white Americans (US). Southern and eastern European, N African and Middle eastern were recognized as different ethnicity of Caucasian. You can label all Caucasians as white if you want, but these groups have different cultures, values and ways of thinking. It wasn't a problem when people assimilated.

Very few in Mexico are purely or even predominately Spaniard, around 10%. Most Mexican immigrants are mixed race and are mestizo not white, just like mixed black and white race are really mulatto, not black. Some like to selectively claim an identity group when it service their purposes like for affirmative action purposes or to obscure their higher crime rate etc.

They might start to wonder if the feds started classifying us humans as aliens to boost alien crime statistics though.
