For this summer I set myself for some goals. Im right now reading mystery method and trying to change some of his ways to apply in high school for september like his openers, negs, stories, etc. In addition, Im doing a program called p90x and trying to get rippped and so far its deff working! I was always a skinny guy and now im trying to put some muscle to show of. Will this help me a lot in getting HB or is there more to it in high school. Its my last year and i want it to be the best year so by september i want to know this mystery method by heart and being ripped.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

HS's all about social proof. And getting ripped is a way to increase that, as more girls will find you handsome, therefore a better chance of attraction. Also, the bullies will be intimidated by you, so you won't have to take any crap from them
