Is there a way to have full access to my medical records? I want to have the asperger syndrome diagnoses when I was five removed. It's bullish*t IMO and I see it as detrimental if it stays there. Is this possible?

Recently my pua friend from Taiwan contacted me asking about God. Turned out a girl went to police and filed assault and rape charges on him. I told him forget God, call lawyer, call your parents. Now he's thanking me. Do you honestly believe forums would help you here. You have a potentially serious problem which requires a professional who deals with law. Find one, get a consultation, hire, and get it solved.

It's more like a credit report than a criminal record, in that you can't just delete what you don't like. Your rights are limited to having a statement added to the record that you disagree, or by simply seeing another doctor who will give you that diagnosis.

Summary of Your Rights
In Virginia you have the right to:
...Have information added to your medical record to make it more complete or accurate. This right is called the right to amend your record. In certain cases, your provider can deny your request to amend your record. If this happens, you have the right to add your own short statement to your medical record.
