Academic women need to chill down

Today i had a very important test in med school, it was a radiology test.

The test had 3 doctors, 2 males and 1 female doctor. each had a station with a different subjects. i've nailed the first two stations but then reached the last station, which was conducted by the female doctor.

For some reason, she was pissed. I said the right answers and did the right things, but she kept saying it is not "fully correct" and that she knows i've never been in her lectures. Nevertheless, i thought i'm gonna pass the test as the other stations were pretty much perfect.

She approced me directly after the test, saying that if i've failed at her station will mean i will need to do the test again next year.

Later that night (im just coming back) we had a party with all of the students and some of the doctors. the female b1tch doctor was not there but one of the male doctors told me "he saved my a$$ and that i should buy him a drink" because otherwise the b1tch would have failed me.

Its not the first time female professors annoy the sh1t out of me... some of them are really nice but many of them try to act so b1tchy.

Yeah man. Women let power go to their heads much worse than I've ever seen it get to a man. It truly is scary how women yield their authority once they get it. This is especially true in corporate and academic settings. It is seriously sociopathic type sh*t. It's almost as if they feel entitled to act this way once they get on this power trip. I've earned the right to be a b*tch type stuff. I have a hard time wrapping my mind around how stupid woman are sometimes.

Because at the end of the day, let's say you report this to a higher up at the university or someone that investigates this type of thing. You think anything will happen to this woman? Not a chance unless it was something blatant and provable caught on camera or recording. Whereas had it been reversed and it was the guy doing it to a woman, good God almighty look out. It would probably would have made national news.

I really don't understand why so many people let women get away with this. It's mostly beta men (who have attained high levels of professional power and status) and brow beating women of said men who enable this to happen. But for the life of me I can't figure out why more people don't speak up and put a stop to this. And women like this one you described know exactly what they are doing. They simply have no incentive to care because nothing will happen to them. We somehow have to figure out a way to ensure that women are held accountable for their actions. But I don't see that happening for a long time if ever.

I had this happen to me in my last job. I was in a manager role and had a team of 15 people under me. I decided to promote two guys into Sr. roles because they really knew their sh*t and could help me manage the rest of the team in a way that would ensure everyone was performing at a high level. Well, I had this mediocre (in every sense of the word) woman on our team sit me down in the park one day after work and explain to me why me promoting those two men over her was sexist as her numbers were clearly better than theirs (guess what? they weren't). I tried to disarm the situation but it didn't work. I got canned and that woman could care less. Upper management never even asked for my side of the story, either.
