“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

This would be useful to any beginners for lifting. Feel free to add to this post. These are some of the biggest mistakes i've made, learn from them!

- WORKOUT ONE SOLE PART OF THE BODY A DAY

I found myself doing deadlifts, curls, and bench presses on the same day. BIG MISTAKE, never got results. Work biceps one day, shoulders another, chest another, etc etc.

- ONLY BENCH PRESS ONE TIME A WEEK

Once again, anymore and you won't get results.

- DON'T BE AFRAID TO ICREASE THE WEIGHT/RESISTENCE, INCREASE IN INTERVALS OF 5lbs

Change the resistence anymore and your muscles get screwed. If you never change the resistance and you woun't see results.

Once again, these are stupid mistakes that i've made, anyone have anything to add go ahead. This should be a sticky so beginners will see this.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Not drinking water. You know how much more definition or little more bulk I get when I have water. It's weird. And once you get off water, you seem to feel like ****. That's because water is incredible for your body.

Over training and under eating were my big mistakes when starting out.

In my experiance, two muscles one day, then the last group the next day works fine. The groups being legs, back, chest.

- ONLY BENCH PRESS ONE TIME A WEEK

Once again, anymore and you won't get results.

What also helps is switching between dumbell and barbell bench. You can do this for shoulder press too.

- DON'T BE AFRAID TO ICREASE THE WEIGHT/RESISTENCE, INCREASE IN INTERVALS OF 5lbs

Change the resistence anymore and your muscles get screwed. If you never change the resistance and you woun't see results.

I love those 2.5's even better.

Once again, these are stupid mistakes that i've made, anyone have anything to add go ahead. This should be a sticky so beginners will see this.
Good stuff

Work out upper body and lower body exercises on seperate days if you can help it. Freshmen year in high school, the year after I started lifting, I lifted upper body then went to do some legpresses and dropped a 45lb plate on my foot and was rushed to the hospital for a lacerated/broken toe. I was exhausted upper-body wise.

And a final newbie error I made....Bigger and Huger isn't always better. It's better to be toned, defined and ripped with a bit of muscle and mass than a huge monstrous muscular guy. Don't believe the hype. Ever walk by a magazine aisle and see those "Flex" magazines where the guy is bulging with muscles that are the size of melons and veins are popping out?

Do you think women like that?

No.

Girls call it "gross".

You don't need to get that big. That "Football", "Wrestler" body isn't what women are looking for.

Women don't like that.

They like the "Boxer" (Not George Foreman....but the Oscar De La Hoya look), "Basketball player (not Reggie Miller...but the Dwayne Wade look) ", "Swimmer" body better.

Those guys that you see on WWF....believe me...those women with fake breasts sitting next to those guys are paid actors. Women don't like a man like that. Too big and too massive is no good. Now, you don't want to be a twig. But you gotta be strong and lean and ripped. You gotta be swoll. People who are too massive look stupid in regular clothes...at least I did. It's better to tone down.

Bodytypes don'ts:

1. Any of those "massive" guys on WWF.
2. Any NFL football player over 265.
3. Those guys you see on Flex magazines.
4. Arnold

Bodytype dos:

You know what I'm talking about. I don't ahve to explain it.

And if you don't believe me...go ASK a girl what type of guy she likes. She AIN'T gonna pick those monsters, believe me. I'll fuking put money on that shyt!
Lol well I don't think that newbies really have to worry about getting "too big."

It's probably better that they DO aim to get monstrously huge, because in actuality they'll probably get to only 1/10 of their imagined image!

From what I've seen, girls like the 170-210 lbs range. Muscular, but still normal proportioned, sorta like most MMA fighters.

1/10 of 300 lbs is 30 lbs. I better aim to get 2200 lbs so i can hit 1/10 of that at 220. Damn 2200 lbs would be a lot of calories. Better than death at 30 lbs though.

Translation: "I can't hack bodybuilding or powerlifting the hard way, so I'll just use the old 'I just want to get toned' excuse and avoid all the actual work." ;)
