are there any exercises that work your stomach to get the line down the middle of your abs (linea alba)?
because i have low bodyfat, and i have like a 3 pack, because there is no line in the middle.
genetics?

The linea alba is connective tissue...the only way to get it to show would be to increase the size of your abs and/or decrease your bodyfat.

The "line" will become more visible the larger your abdominal muscles become. Weighted ab exercises will build that up, however don't expect your abs to get HUGE. Some people worry about getting the turtle belly. It's not very likely.
