“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

Abs without crunches?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

This is my recent pic. Like I said, I have not done any abs related workouts. I run, do jump ropes and lift weights. I am frustrated because I can not get beyond this physique. I want a solid 6/8 pack. :D Gastritis seems to take a while to heal. :(
Seems like you're doing fine, going by that pic. To get beyond that is going to take pretty strict dieting.

Arnold used to say not to waste time doing upper abs, and concentrated all his training on lower abs, which was harder to target, but worked the upper abs sufficiently. That said, can you do hanging knee raises? Those are my favorite exercise for lower abs.

Beyond that, maybe do yoga to strengthen you core. Even if you can't do ab work directly, you CANNOT ignore your core, if you do, you WILL get injured eventually.

At minimum, try to suck in your gut throughout the day and maintain good posture. It's harder than it looks.
