Abdomen pains while rolling in bjj

I had a few abdomen pains in bjj today. Alittle below the midpoint between teh top of my crotch and my bellybutton, and to my left (around the midpoint on my middle and the end of my hip.

Felt sorta like, something was pressing against that part, sorta like a stick was pressing into that part.

Maybe a hernia?

havn't seen a doctor. rolled again today and was fine. I think yesterday had something to do with the squats and deadlifts i did a few hours before practice.

Anyone who what common mistakes pple make in deadlifts and squats that might lead to this type of pain?
