Skinny = less body fat = less work = better visual results


Your abs may not be as strong as some other guy who is not skinny but works out his abs, but you will get to see that 6-pack shape a lot faster.

Not even sure the question you are asking.

Its very simple though.

Doing ab exercises will build bigger abs.

Having a low bodyfat will help you see them more clearly.

So work your abs and stay lean. Thats your best approach.
