You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

i agree
hell lots of AFC's get laid. i always did. always had girlfriends too. but i was a horrible, horrible AFC
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
Yep man, the main problem is that those type of girls want their cakes and eat it too. So have you as the yes-man, the AFC chasing her, so that she's constantly validated. No girl likes to know that you are capable of having other opinions because her trump card (sex) is not valid. Heck, some of my friends love to talk about how they meet girls and get laid (they are pretty good at attracting girls) but when it's time to explain me something that I don't agree with, they start bragging and what not. They don't truly help, they keep you around so that you can do them favours...floydb25 said:I never received any kind of good advice or help from ANY females I knew. They just rejected me, tried bringing me down, asked why I never had a girlfriend, etc. Then tried sabotaging by any means necessary. That was the extent of it. Stupid and pointless.
A lot of girls have egos, too. They like feeling superior and desirable. Just because they don't like you - doesn't mean they want you to like anyone else. They get VERY competitive and insecure when that happens - while still not caring about YOU.
These girls also went absolutely ape**** once I told them to **** off, disowned them, and found my own success. All they did was bring me down in all aspects as it related to dating. They were no help whatsoever, and did much more harm than good. They didn't want to see me succeed.
Fvcking hate these types! I was talking to an HB9 over the summer and she was one of these. We kissed and made out a few times, but she'd always have some last minute resistance toward further advances. When I finally got sick of her sh1t and moved on to other women, she'd do all she could to sabotage it.floydb25 said:Ha... I had a girl who rejected me once, but wanted to keep me around as a back-up / doormat. I didn't realize this at the time.
She was very popular and attractive, and knew lots of girls. But she wouldn't set me up with ANY of them. Never even got to mingle with them. She never gave realistic advice, either... Told me to go date other girls - without ever helping - only to sabotage those intentions in a heart-beat. She didn't want to date me, but didn't want me dating anyone else, either. Nor did she want me to lose interest in her.
At the time, my naive self thought she was keeping me around for potential. Bzzt... Wrong... Error in the database... Password incorrect... Reboot... She wanted me as her little chump doormat. Never wanted to see me succeed with other girls. Never gave solid advice - just said "not interested; can't help; go date someone else".

Strong ignoring of the relevant points in my last post LOL, says it all really. Good luck believing that a woman's perspective is useful haha btw.Halcyonique said:Japer - You don't gain any moral high ground by acting like a 12 year old who has just learned the ability to cuss. I have better things to do than waste my time with a little boy who can't hold his own without degenerating into a helpless mass of flailing goo.
You get your way: I don't think I'm better than everyone else; I do now believe I'm better than you, but from what you've shown yourself, that really doesn't take much. Keep jerkin'! I guess!![]()

Do you not get that cussing out people who have taken the time to respond to you, is not going to automatically make anyone take your thoughts on board?JonJaper said:Strong ignoring of the relevant points in my last post LOL, says it all really. hell you can be more direct than thatMike32ct said:If anyone still thinks that women want you to succeed with women (which they don't), I issue this challenge:
Tell a female friend you're struggling with the ladies and could use her help. Follow all her advice exactly. Be sure to report back on all the dates, lays, and relationships you got from following her advice lol. Also include a list of all her cute friends she fixed you up with LOL.
Bottom line...women are not on your side as you try to improve and come up as a man. As such, we shouldn't share our game plans with them.
(My advice is mostly for single guys. If you found a great wife or LTR who fully supports you in your endeavors, consider yourself blessed.)
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

That should get rid of her for good. I wouldn't have even noticed her unless she didn't get big balls and start insulting people in the Mature Man forum. And we are just supposed to take it? Screw that. Adios b!tch.PairPlusRoyalFlush said:Denial, hysteria

Guess you should have used a better user id shouldn't you? And I'm sure it's my fault you didn't think of that beforehand.

Come here and start insulting everyone and this is the treatment you get.

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.
Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
