Lots of 22 year old women if she’s hot she can have any guy in the entire universe no problem. my last girlfriend when I met her at 31 she could have any guy in the world, easily

There’s also a Narrative about age that did not exist before

it used to be age discrimination in the workplace started at 65. Then it was 55, then 40. Now a days kids think if you are 35 you’re too old to work. The managers are like 23 years old

so something happened there. It started during the Great Recession and the age discrimination limit keeps dwindling
