"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

So, I've been stalking these forums for a few weeks now as a guest to try and figure out a situation I had recently been dealing with, In my stupidity I had developed a terrible case of oneitis and began to obsess over a girl, I had acted like a complete AFC and her interest level has dropped from a ridiculously high peak, she wasn't even that great looking, maybe a 7, and I had begun to worship her terribly.

I came to the forums multiple times wondering what the issue was - I thought I had done everything right, I had been a nice guy, a gentleman, and I still didn't understand why I couldn't win her. And then it clicked, after reading the advice on these forums, that I shouldn't have to win her.
No, I shouldn't be making all the effort to win her, because that makes me appear desperate and needy, instead, I should be the prize, I should be the catch, she should be working for me, I had become AFC and put women on pedestals when they shouldn't be.

I now realize the way of my mistakes, the lack of confidence, I now understand the Don Juan philosophy - Any girl should be approachable for the simple fact that if you are rejected (And her interest level should never fall to that level) there is always, always, more girls that you can fall back on, and a Don Juan should rightfully use this to promote his sense of confidence.

Don Juan is not just a title, it's a mindset, it's a mindset that puts the focus on the individual, we should strive to improve upon ourselves, and all other pieces will fall into place. It's not just something that applies to romance, the true Don Juan strives to excel in all areas of life, and in doing so, he will no longer worry about the smaller/exterior aspects of his life.

So what are you doing sitting here and reading this? Get out there and focus on yourself, exercise, socialize, get a promotion or a better job, increase your self-value and while you work on yourself, your market value will increase!
That, is what it means to be a Don Juan.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
