"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

The fact is I don't appreciate it when a woman tries to be the provider. I'm sorry but that is my role by nature. Furthermore, part of my job on the date is to qualify her level of appreciation for my nature as a man.
You honestly sound kind of insecure to me, man. What if she's just being appreciative of the fact that you've taken her out and shown her a great time? What if she's doing it to try to win your approval? Both of those things are GOOD signs, and yet you somehow are insulted by it? And even if we assume that she IS trying to prove her independence, what's the big deal? Let her deal with her inferiority complex however she wants, man. Besides, it doesn't necessarily mean that she's going to be a b1tch. It won't even necessarily mean that she won't be appreciative of what you do for her.

You said earlier that "most North American girls are sick in the head with their independance" and that "they are very insecure and are always trying to prove that they are independant". You seem to be doing a similar thing with being the "alpha dog" who's in control of everything.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

This post is actually pretty true.

Another way to test the same girl is to make her something that you made yourself. Something that actually shows you spent some time and care into it..but something that was "free". Give it to her and don't say anything.

The shallow ones don't mention the gift.
