Those who don't appreciate you might simply be unaware that there's a market out there. And in that market, you have value. And that value attracts people who are genuinely interested in you.
If someone doesn't appreciate you, they haven't recognized your worth. They might be completely unaware of the market and what value really means, or they might know it perfectly well and just pretend not to.
But whether they never appreciated you, or used to and no longer do, remember this: there's a sea of opportunities out there waiting for you.
Recognize your value and identify the market that is willing to pay for it.
