"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

"When Marvin Pate and his wife opened Bliss, their Caribbean restaurant outside St. Louis, they were aiming for an upscale, luxe vibe. They put jollof rice and tropical ****tails on the menu, offered hookahs for patrons to enjoy — and they banned diners under the age of 30.

Since opening its doors in May, the restaurant has operated with an unusual age restriction, allowing in only women at least 30 and men at least 35, rules that the owners have been defending as necessary to maintain the kind of "grown and sexy" atmosphere they're aiming for. "This policy is in place to ensure a mature, sophisticated, and safe dining environment for everyone," the restaurant said in a Facebook post.

The age restriction has polarized customers, but Pate and his team have defended them as needed to keep out a rowdy younger crowd. "It's just something for the older people to come do and have a happy hour, come get some good food and not have to worry about some of the young folks who bring some of that drama," assistant manager Erica Rhodes told local news outlet KSDK News.

Happy hours are billed as a civilized experience: "This is strictly for the grown and sexy, so we're keeping it classy — ladies 30 and up, fellas 35 and up," Bliss posted on Facebook."

Wonder if this'll work.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I'm laminating this, and sharing it with all those who tenaciously cling to the delusion that free speech isn't on the brink of going the way of The Tasmanian Tiger. On many forums(Not just here at SS either. YouTube is The GOAT, when it comes to social media censoriousness), it's no longer possible to write or say the word "c-ck", even in the context of using the term "****tails"

It'll almost certainly go over much more smoothly than that time Andrew Uridales* over in SoCal opened a burger joint, then attempted to give it a young and sexy vibe, by banning all patrons who weren't women between the ages of 18 and 32
