Not only were they under the influence, I believe both of the attackers also had extensive rap sheets. You're right about one thing, though: it's very difficult to prove your innocence in self-defense situations. Then again, I doubt I'll be thinking about that in a do or die situation. I value my life greatly - so much so that I'm willing to take a yours if it means keeping mine. I'm not going to let me or mines become a sad story...if I can help it.DJDamage said:He was lucky he had witnesses, that's what probably saved him from staying in jail and being tangled with this mess. However the investigation is still pending so this guy is not out of the woods yet. He was also lucky that the two guys were intoxicated so it makes his case looks better.
