"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

So a couple of years go, I used to work at a place with a lot of beautiful women. One of the girls in particular was legitimately the most beautiful girl I've ever seen in person. We jokingly flirted at work a little and as I was finishing up my time at the job, I asked her out for drinks. Unfortunately she told me she was taken. I didn't think much of it and went on with my life..

Now, over the course of the past month I've been getting closer and closer with a particular girl. She's a bit of a rare breed in the sense she's extremely attractive, has a very lower partner count and we seem to click on so many levels. We've been sleeping together and things are going nicely although we're not exclusive at the moment. I can however see where we're headed and I'm pretty sure we'll end up in a relationship, which would be a good thing in my opinion.

So anyway, I was quite content with the way things were going with the latter.. however completely out of the blue the girl I first mentioned has got in touch with me telling me she's single and wants to meet up for drinks.

I don't really know what to do here. On the one hand, I'm very happy with the way things are going with this main girl, but we're not exclusive. I think I would like to be in a relationship with her.. but on the other hand, this other girl is so ridiculously beautiful that I'd be kicking myself for not taking the opportunity to at least see what she's about.

Part of me feels I shouldn't feel any guilt about taking girl #1 out for drinks - girls do this **** all the time...

However, I'm a big believer that you should treat others how you'd like to be treated. I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't feel a little hurt if I knew the girl I was seeing was seeing other men.

****. Is there any way I can win here? Without coming across as a complete ****?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

You are not exclusive. Let the woman bring up the what are we speach.

I would take the other girl out. No reason to feel bad because you are not exclusive.

although we're not exclusive at the moment.
Has this ever been verbalized between the 2 of you?

If so, who did the verbalizing?
