"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I'm not bashing men that know how to cook, I believe it's a valuable skill, especially during college, bachelorhood, and when your gf/wife is away. It makes you a more worldy, cultured, and interesting person. Emeril, Wolfgang, those guys are cool, they've found their passion.

However, it's when guys demasculinize themselves by wandering down the metrosexual path all in the name of impressing their girl, pleasing her, having ulterior motives, cooking for her every time she comes over, etc. Cook for her all the time and boy, she'll get used to that, take you for granted.

So by impressing your dates, girlfriends, and women with your cooking ability, you may be getting them all wet, maybe that's because they don't know how to cook, a huge burden lifted off their back. And them not knowing how to cook is a great example of the surge of feminism, the very reason websites like this were created. So keep fanning the flames.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

I only recently realized how much I enjoyed cooking. Thai and Chinese especially are easy, exotic and impressive. I used to hold dinner parties for my friends, which were always fun.

Next year, though, I'll be back at school and cooking for a whole new circle of people. that should do the trick.

If you do it well, at the very least it'll get you attention and praise from everyone else.

If you can BAKE, that's something else entirely, and maybe even better,

Whoa, don't get your apron all in a bunch. I bet you're getting defensive because you don't know how to tie knots, row a raft down grade 10 rapids, or climb a mountain. Yeah, lets make assumptions! In my world, women would be pregnant,... and yours? Men would?
I don't know how to fly a fvcking airplane but I'm still accountable for myself and not rely on a woman to have my sh!t ready for me.

When you come home from a long day of manual labor, lifting 10 ft EMT electrical conduit weighing approx. 100 lbs, do you have any idea what's the first thing you want to do when you get home? (I don't expect you to.) You want something to eat, then you relax, and then crash. You don't have the patience, time, and energy to prepare mango chutney, steak, and grilled asparugus. This is where your gf/wife comes in, she prepares something just for you. This is also where you appreciate being cooked for, where you feel like a king. Women in America view cooking as a chore, but in other countries it's viewed as expressing love towards another. What's another difference between America and other countries? The rise of feminism. Read this article, it's long, but it's spot on...http://russianwomen.wordpress.com/2006/11/07/dont-american-women-cook/. Also refer to the sosuave thread about how the guy became an optimist in the Philippines.
But therein lies the rub. Your argument is absolute bullsh!t. Self reliance is a tenet in my philosophy. Relying on anyone to do anything for you is a sign of immaturity and weakness as a man. A chick blowing me then after she's done getting me a slice of peanut butter pie and a lit cigar is an expression of love not Kraft macaroni and cheese and a boiled hot dog. This has nothing to do with feminism.

Any knowledge promotes the power you have over yourself. So if you're a single guy all you can do is microwave up a tv dinner? That's a helluva meal pal. And I do nothing, absolutely nothing FOR a woman, I do it for myself. That includes everything; cooking, keeping my house clean, the dogs fed and properly handled, everything. I take an immense amount of pride knowing that I can have what I want when I want it by my own accord. You think a woman owes you to clean up after you and cook you a hot meal because you work, ask yourself, what if she's out working all day? What do you owe her? Because that's your mentality . . .

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Like relying on airline pilots to fly planes? Or farmers to grow food which you use in your kitchen, impressing your loved ones so they can inflate your ego by promoting you to "God" status? Oh, but spouting absolutes must mean you walk everywhere and grow your own food. Total self reliance right?

It's simple economics, we can't do everything, we need help from others sometimes. But I understand what you're saying about self reliance. It's one of my virtues as well, although that may be hard for you to believe, then again, you do not know me and have absolutley no credibility in making value judgements or assumptions. I agree, if a man is fully capable of learning how to cook for himself then he should learn.

Nothing to do with feminism? To quote the article, yeah, the one which it seems you didn't read. So if it's not about feminism, then what is this whole argument about?

[[It is more than just about convenience. In no way, shape or form do American women want to please their men. (It is all about THEM. SO be prepared to bend over backwards for your woman while she does nothing in return except complain.) Cooking for the average American woman is tantamount to SLAVERY. That’s right. In their minds, when they were granted the *freedom* to go out and work, they gained the right to refuse (to learn how) to cook.
If you expect your girlfriend to make you a sandwich or bring you a beer while you sit there, then you are a chauvanist pig.]]

Value judgement, making me out to be the chauvanist pig. Haha...She doesn't owe me anything, she doesn't clean up after me. Like I said before, I don't expect you to understand my life, you haven't lived it. Mabye all you've known is an air conditioned office with a computer monitor and swivel chair, well, others haven't.

One more thing, your hostility and defensiveness is laughable.

I'm not judging you. I'd have to give a sh!t about you to do that and I don't. You still dodge the question about why you think people owe you any-fvcking-thing. If a chick makes you a pb&j sandwich it's because she WANTS to do it and not because you expect her to do it like a mangy fvcking cvnt.

I'm sorry if you feel as if I'm aggressive but guys who pvssyfoot around and expect other people to do things for them out of entitlement is pure bologna.

Have a better argument and you'll get a better answer.

Sometimes the hardest lessons to learn brother are the ones that hurt. Perhaps if you would have written something which didn't require a leash I wouldn't have thrown it at you.

"What he said"
doesn't cut it.

I'll allow you to slide on this one. You just turned in your "get out of being an *******" free card.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

You do give a shyt, you just say that to show how "tough" you can be, otherwise, why let me get you riled up, why keep posting, why partake in a nowhere argument, you care enough to take time out of your day away from productive activites, your dogs, and loved ones, to keep coming back.

I didn't dodge the question. You're just too lost in all the hype to even notice it, or maybe it's just selective reading,...reading only what you want to.

I really have to quote myself? [[She doesn't owe me anything]].

If entitlement, sexism, and men expecting to be waited on just because they have a penis is why you feel so defensive, not aggressive (again with the tough guy attitude?) then you have wasted your time. Because that is not what this is about, you've lost the point somewhere in your irrationality, emotions, and ridiculousness.

I've stated why I'm against and why I'm for men that can cook. If you haven't realized why I'm against/for it, then you've let your emotions and insecurities overtake your logic and composure. This seems to be a reoccuring theme. Your intolerance of another's opinion has controlled you this whole time.

So this is it. I'm done with this argument, you've taken me down a stupid and ridiculouss path that resolved in what? Time wasted. I'm not going to continue arguing, even though I love a good, and a non-ridiculous battle of wits, the reason why I stayed for the latter portion, it was almost like a game to me, more evidence you wasted your time.

Anyway, I might be labeled a pvssy for walking away, I don't care. Life is too short to waste on your nowhere arguments, subtly based on your insecurities and defensiveness as being a "man" that cooks. Perhaps you've gotten "in touch" with modern society and its role reversals, I see men have become the new cooks in the household. So the next time you whip up a fruit and walnut salad with a lean chicken breast and a side of wild rice, and when Mrs. K screams "Oh what a God", why not try another role reversal later that night in the bedroom by having her peg you in the arse with a strapon?

Come next agrument, don't let your insecurities in partaking in a traditonally feminine role get your temper flared up that you're unabable to harness your emotions, destroying any chance you have at forming a coherent and logical argument.

For all of your bullsh!t and bullet dodging you still cannot answer me directly. I understand you have no valid position but at least have some semblence of authority over yourself. I have not
taken me down a stupid and ridiculouss path
. You've followed my lead. As I've stated, I do not give a good goddamn about where you stand or your life in general. I refuse to help those who will not help themselves.

So I will assuage your submittal and tell you good luck in finding that russian or korean bride by mail who will make you feel like a man by waiting on you hand and toe.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I'm personally more of a traditionalist and appreciate being cooked for, being treated like a king. However, I believe it to be a romantic gesture to cook for a woman on special occasions (anniversaries, birthdays, Valentines) or every once in a while (she comes home late from work, is real tired, ill).

Just to quote Anti Dump, I like this one,... "Real men are not available. They are climbing mountains. They are swimming across rivers. What are YOU doing? Making spagetti?!?!?! "

It's always good to have basic and some advanced knowledge of prepping, cooking, food, and wine, but like I said, I prefer my women do the cooking.
Lol man, Im sure you as well as anti-dump are great guys... but as for me, i dont have to climb a mountain (except for excercise) i can use a Jeep; and i dont need to swim across no damn river, cuz i mean idk man its dangerous.

for what its worth, i can testify to the fact that after having jobs in construction and manual labor, my perspective on things changed a LOT. when i got home from work, battered and fatigued all i wanted to do was sit back, have my gf make me dinner, help her clean up, then take her into the bedroom and make love to her. a gf who was the compassionate nurse type, who just really loved to make me feel good. nurse me back to health if i was down. support me in my efforts.

in stark contrast to my jobs in bars, where all i really wanted to do was chase ass.

same deal goes for high risk jobs. major perspective shift. i used to have a job for a production company as a high rigger. when big shows came to town like metallica, rolling stones, gloria estafon, i was on a crew of a bunch of crazy asses who would walk the steel grid 120ft above ground inside the arena. and these beams were maybe a foot wide, a lot were half that. and our job was to walk across these, looking down at a 120+ft drop, and pull up chain motor cable and rig it up at certain points around the arena, to eventually pull up all the truss systems and a/v equipment. we had harnesses and had lanyards to clip into anchored steel wire... but its still pretty hairy.

the most intense adrenaline rush id ever felt... and id get it again every time i worked. i tell you each time i got down from the beams, everybody would kinda shake hands and smile. a lot of the older guys had gotten used to it, but deep down, everybodys just happy to have gotten down alive. nobody got hurt and we got the job done. kind of felt like a fireman.

after working certain jobs or doing certain things in life make whole metrosexual fad seem laughable... you could understand WHY men do it (role reversals), but might not ever be into that yourself. you take good care of your body and stay healthy and attractive, but leave the makeup and pink shirts for the girls.

and i agree its important to have knowledge of the kitchen. knowledge is power and so is being able to support yourself. but at the same time, with a good womans support, you can be a stronger man. with her leading the homefront (cook, clean, laundy, part time job) and you taking over the man duties (solid career, maintenance of cars, fixin things around the house) you will be a strong team. a man and woman coming together as DIFFERENT halves, of the same circle, will be much more successful in life and love and family than a single man, single woman, or roll reversed clusterfvck relationships.

Ah, someone else agrees. And 120ft drop, oh shyt! Haha. Right now we have a project at a hospital installing the 100 lbs EMT pipes vertically up the side of the building, guys are on harnesses screwing them in, may not be a 120ft drop, but still scary.

Yes, I really enjoy it when my girlfriend cooks because it's an act of expressing her love towards me for my day's hard work. It really makes you feel good to be cared for by the compassionate nurse types. If I felt entitled or took her for granted then I wouldn't have a sense of appreciation now would I? And if my gf was ill or couldn't cook, I would be there for her, or as said before, a romantic gesture, anniversaries, Valentines, she gets home late, too tired to cook.

Like I said, men like Emeril and Wolfgang are not metrosexuals, cooking and food is their passion in life. However, it's when guys watch Queer Eye for the Straight Guy and see how much cooking 'impresses" their gf that they adopt the same notion. I also see you agree that's it's good to have knowledge of cooking so when there isn't someone to care for you, you can be self reliant, or even demonstrate social proof by throwing a party and being the chef.

When she treats you like a king, not because she owes me something or I'm entitled to it, I reciprocate and treat her like a queen and thus I adopt my proper role as king, not a queen, and her, a queen, not a king.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
