"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

In a man's life, there must be priorities.
Health comes first. But what comes next? Relationships, sex, women, friends, fun?
A man's career and life path are what make everything else possible.
What brings that man a fullfilling life and money too.

The older I get, the less compatible I feel with corporate culture. After ten years in office environments, I've realized I'm not interested in climbing a corporate ladder by playing politics or competing with others.

I'd rather build my life around my own expertise.

A job gives you a salary, but a skill that people need gives you the opportunity to build something of your own, everywhere in the world.
Think about electricians, plumbers, and other skilled professionals.
They provide real value, solve real problems, and can build independent careers without relying on a corporate structure.

With AI and robotics changing the future of work, I believe practical skills and services that people will always need are worth considering. I'm still trying to find the right path for the man I've become.

Thats the hardest quest, I've actually encountered in my life.

Right now, I've been considered becoming a personal trainer, although I sometimes question whether it's a genuine necessity or simply something people want right now, becaus it's in our first world culture.
Even tho I love taking care of my body, health, and actually make that with no effort, but that still something "extra", and not really a "necessity".

I've spent less time focusing on women lately, choosing instead to understand relationships without losing my independence.
But now I believe a man's success will depend heavily on how well He buils his career and become a man who can stand on his own

I never felt fullfilled by a job that is controlled by someone else, and that will change as fast as culture change.
So I've actually found myself changing 3 position in 10 years.

I actually work as a condo and property manager, and I’ve realized that this isn’t the right career path for me.
Although I know condo managers who generate up to a million in annual revenue, likely netting around 300k a year, it’s just not in my nature to become an expert at lying to people, or foster environments where people turn against one another. I’m not comfortable instilling a little bit of hatred among everyone on a daily basis, badmouthing people behind their backs, or keeping them somewhat in the dark, all while I take a cut or a percentage from the vendors I bring in to work for the building.
I’ve found an interesting field, that makes money, and goes hand by hand with the system, and it is replicable anywhere in the world, but I have to say that I’m simply not cut out for this kind of work.

There is the system we cannot avoid to live in.
In a given city, a builder builds a condo or a house.
The house is sold through a real estate agency to an employee of a company.
This worker will have a job that pays him just enough he can afford this house, and will always be in the hope that in 10 years he will become an important person in that company or increase his income.

Meanwhile, there are the parasites: notaries, lawyers, administrators, real estate agents, sellers, and those who rent houses, etc..
All figures that are created by the system, that are kept up by honest employees.

A lawyer who does a 1-hour job which actually require 5 minute is paid 100 euros, while an employee who does a more demanding and difficult job is paid 10 euros an hour.
And then, obviously, these parasitic figures are the first to complain about the high cost of houses (which they themselves sell), the fact that rents are high (in the real estate market that they themselves control), the fact that there is no work (in a labor market that they themselves control), that salaries are low (salaries that they themselves influence).

Those who have understood the system create a professional figure for themselves and begin to ask for a much higher hourly wage than an employee with the excuse that there are a lot of taxes to pay. But that's never the case. (Taxes are not paid, or are deducted by purchasing resources that will be used to generate wealth in the future)

This is the system.
And if you're a man, all you want to do is keep away from being an employee, and become self-employed.
But in our modern era, it's a war on finding a field of expertise that would work in the next years, and that it's also "in-line" with the system.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Seems like you've had that epiphany!! Because not too many moons ago you were contemplating a LTR again...

Ofcourse #1 career and a LTR can coexist, but...you'll find out soon that once you go ALL IN, women won't like it as much as you'd think...

In my job field its cool to say " im booked for the whole year". And this is the first time I can sincerely say this. I have TONS of jobs to do, people are literally impatiently waiting for me to come and finish the job..but heres the " downside"; women become a nuisance!!

I have no Time between working a regular job, doing side jobs after work, following courses and being a father. Try to squeeze in "chilling with a woman" in that schedule. There's simply no room and women hate that they love to NOT be your nr 1 priority...
