There's this girl I've been wanting to see and I texted her about a week ago to see if she wanted to hang out with me and I never got a text message back yet my sister talked to her last friday and this girl said that she did text me back and wanted to go yet I never responded.I've realized that my phone has bad reception...this girl told my sister she would call me...

This was last friday and my phone died while hanging out with a friend in another town and I just got the phone....

I'm the type of dude who likes a true rejection from a girl and so I never quit but I don't push the girl to such a point. I havent talked to her in about a week because I thought she wasn't interested but with what my sister told me, it gives me a chance still...

I really wanna see this girl and DJ her. She showed a lot of interest when I last saw her and so it brings me to the idea that the man should be the aggressor and not the woman. I want to call this girl, talk to her and possibly set up a date or just something where I could see and talk to her. How should I go about doing this?

I'm kinda confused and I tried avoiding advice but i don't wanna screw up with her and so I need a little guidance...CAN ANYONE HELP ME? If you need better elaboration just say so and I will...but overall I need help,,

If you don't want to confront her in person then just message something like this "Hey, whats up. I have been having some phone and internet problems. They have both been on the bink. So do you want to get together sometime. If so can I have your number so I can call you when my phone is working. You can try to message to message it to me, if not stop me in the halls or leave a note in locker ###. Talk to you later, hope to see you soon." Hope you can get something from this.

she goes to another school and it's not that I'm an internet type of dude, its just that I've been having difficulty getting in touvh with her and I really wanna see her...this girl is like an 8-9HB

so can anyone else give me some advice for once! I see a bunch of responses to stupid ass questions all the time in here and when I ask for some help I never get any good tips.

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

i dont think a short message will hurt anything. you could just say
that your phone was messed up and ask her if she wants to get together and do something , hang out.

another opinion

I would forget the "text messages". Way too unreliable and hard to read to boot. I hate stuff like that. I would just call her up, if you already have her #, which I assume you do. And just be very casual about it on the phone, small talk , etc. Then tell her like you told us. That you want to hang out with her and do something. (Obviously you don't tell her you're going to DJ her :D ) . Make a plan to do something with her one night this weekend. But a direct phone call is going to work much much better for you than any kinds of text messages, even computer IM's , anything. Either phone or in person if you see her regularly. But don't wait too long. Some other mack might grab her in the meantime. ~D

well I called her thursday and kept the phon convo light and then got to the point...

and that was the phone combo..
So moday I've got a date with a girl I WANT. now i need to find to show her that I wanna be her boyfriend or at least get intimate with her.
