So the only real way to tell if a girl was a guy is the classic adam's apple and sometimes even that is hard to determine if it is not pronounced. OR if her vagina is a bit too "dry", which is a bit too late.

Off the bat, I looked at pic 1 for the adam's apple, but it was blocked. Then, the hips didn't look right. The more I looked, the hips were way fuxed up. So I actually guessed #1
