"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

This is something that a lot of guys might not recognize but it's happened to me 3 times in my life and all 3 times within a few weeks the relationship was over.

And that is when a woman tells you some version of "I woke up feeling very lonely today" or "I have been feeling very lonely lately".

And the reason she is feeling lonely is that in her mind she is already grieving the breakup as if it's already happened and she is processing it even though you are technically still together and she might even still be seeing you in person.

However even if she is, her behavior will likely be cold and distant and she might be acting checked out and uninterested in any type of physical contact or sex. In her mind it's over she just hasn't told you about it yet.

Do yourself a favor and break up with her first.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Distancing - she's spending more time with her friends, less time with you.
Loss of desire - when she's with you she's criticising you, and you're not ****ing like you used to.

What you said about expressing loneliness is absolutely right. Women do grieve the end of a relationship while they are in it. They might even start expressing random things like "I miss my ex" or behaving badly - getting really drunk in front of you for example.
Yes they also will start randomly texting you things like "I miss you!" or "I miss us!!"

And you are sitting there like WTF are you talking about I just saw you yesterday...but in her mind she is already apart from you...

Yep, she's building up the story in her head that you're not good for each other anymore and giving herself reasons to why. I got the "we don't talk anymore, we're not there for each other (sad face)" and i was like wtf is she talking about, a few weeks before "the talk".
It all comes from the fact that women break up emotionally long before they actually will muster up the courage to tell you. When you hear it officially it's already completely processed and done, just something that needs to be crossed off of her list. Which is also why it's pointless to start negotiating and arguing when you hear the "breakup talk".
Agreeing or turning the tables with "i'm so glad you said it because i haven't been feeling it either lately.. all the best!"

Something else to look out for - she's gathering and marshalling her support networks in anticipation of the Dump. Unless she's monkey-branching, she will be relying on her friends and family to support her when she pulls the rug. Your girlfriend will be out taking a poll with friends and family (who of course will all encourage her to dump you - "You're a Strong, Independent Woman"). This happens over the final months/weeks when she's started deciding that the relationship has no future.
This is absolutely true.

Almost always they lay the groundwork far in advance. There are warning signs if you know what to look for. Still, at that point, you're far better off dumping her first to preserve your pride, ego, and dignity.

Have to be careful on the rebound contact though. Women who dump men often reach back out only to dump him again when the man shows interest.

You're *always* better off starting over with someone new.

Biggest sign ia they start being a huge b!tch that and they say stuff like I wanna just hang out with friends

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Sometimes but not always...sometimes they just have "family stuff come up" which sounds believable...but in truth, its just that they don't want to be with you anymore.
