*Plays corny sounds of ghost and goblins* Welcome to my humble abode, don't mind the skeleton's I haven't cleaned in centuries. Have a seat, I'd like to tell you a story...a scary story of course. No black men will be involved in the story since we always die 
On to the story..............
One gloomy morning a young lad awoke from his slumber. He wiped the sleep dust form his eyes and raised from his bed. Today had been the day he had been waiting for; today was Halloween. He knew he would be quite busy today. He still hadn't found a costume yet. He got dressed and went down stairs to find his mother and father at the breakfast table.
They didn't say anything to him, but they knew what was going through his mind. Before he could get out a peep, "after I finish breakfast the mother cried." He nodded and went into the living room and watched his favorite cartoon, Scooby-Doo. It seemed like forever, would his mother ever finish her coffee? He heard her tell his Father, "I'll be back in awhile." "Ok." his father replied.
The boy litterly jumped out of the car and ran inside the store, not waiting on his mother. Once he got inside he seen so many different costumes and faces. Some of the costumes were funny, others were angry looking, and there was also the traditional, "nice" costumes. The nice costumes didn't interest him much, everyone knew nice wasn't the way to go for halloween.
The shop amazed him at all the different costume that were there. There were even costume specialist there that knew EVERYTHING about the costumes. They could even tell you how to make your own costume, of course they had a guide book to go by. After awhile he spotted the best costume he had ever seen. He had to have that one. He went to the dressing room and tried it on and looked in the mirror, it looked GREAT. Everyone would love it, not just him. This one "mom," he shouted. The Mother agreed and paid for the costume.
On the way home his mother complimented him on how scary the costume was, it will look great on you his mom said. Once he got home he ran upstairs and put on the costume. He ran downstairs and his parent's told him how wonderful he looked in his costume. He knew he was ready.
Later that evening he met up at one of his friends house to meet with all the other kids before they all took off to go trick or treatin. Once he arrived he got a lot of funny looks from the other kids. He saw a lot of different costumes, each costume was different even though some looked alike. One trend he found with the girls was almost everyone of them was dressed as an angel. Once everyone was there and they got ready to head out one girl asked, "what are you suppose to be." He exclaimed, i'm such and such." The little girl said, "oh, I get it now, it just looks really fake on you." He was crushed, how could his costume be so fake when it looked so good in the mirror.

One young boy announces...."that story wasn't scary at all!"
WHat makes it scary is that it's not a story.....
I hope everyone enjoyed "the story." Oh yeah, cookies and milk for everyone that can figure out all the riddles.....oh wait, thats christmas.
