Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

^ ^ I'd appreciate a 'program' if you will ??

I kind of do my own thing and figure that experts like you could provide something better for me, I don't know definitions to all of the workouts like, "deadlifts" "dips" ect... so a description would be good...

Rememeber, not trying to become a professional, but getting to 190 from 145 would be great... time is of no essence, even up to a year is fine...

A link is fine, or a PM, just need some direction... Tks

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

There are sooo many different ways you can bulk up. Do you want mostly muscle or muscle/fat? Going the pure muscle route is harder, but looks better.

Remember to sleep at least 6-8 hours a night.

Drink water,I rotate between a cup of milk and water.

If your face starts to break out some it's normal when you weight lift.

Sleep on rice/bread/potatoes if you want to "bulk up"(muscle/fat).

Liquids take 2-4 to digest, food 5-7 hours.(keep this is mind if you only want muscle gains)

Blinkwatt, tks for the information bro !

Maybe I will start a profile like you, I just got back from the gym now and I noticed a few people looking at me :) That's an awesome feeling, very hungry right now about to eat at least 3000 calories right now, got 3 tuna sandwiches, chilli, milk, water, and chicken/gravy, stringbeans and mashed potatoes...

Its important not to overeat in any 1-meal. You want to do 3-5000 calories per day spread out over 6 meals. I try to do 800-1000 calories per meal or shake. I am in the gym 4 or 5 days a week (never less) and burn through a lot of those calories.

I just want to turn heads basically. I get sly looks and AI's because of my style and my great face, but I want that 'jaw-dropping-omg' reaction when a girl sees me. I believe with my current stats, if I get pretty buff it'll break me into 9's and 10's giving me AI's instead of 7's and 8's....
I was at that stage at one point probably about 8 months ago. Hitting the gym six days a week, strict diet, tan and looking fycking good. You'll get a lot of shallow comments and you'll get girls chasing you alright but if you think it's going to add to your self-esteem think again. If you have the dedication to get to that stage you'll know how it feels to be treated like a piece of meat lol. It definitely won't hold a girl's attention unless you have some personality to back it up. I'm not saying don't do it just don't make it your focus, better to build your self-esteem around a confident personality and the in shape part as an additive.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Yeah I emphasized earlier in the thread, that my game is pretty tight. I've got a good personality and with my current stats (face, style) I pull pretty hot girls. I've had one 9 and consistent 8's... girl now is a nice 7.5 but crazy good personality, wife material (ooOoHHH lol) and consistently get AI's from 7's and 8's but not so much outright AI's from 9's and 10's...

I figure with a bigger body 9's and 10's will be drooling and well that's what i'm looking for, plus having my girl look at me without telling her i've been hitting the gym and hearing her say... "omg wat ru eating ?? look at ur chest" and then proceed to jump on me... mmmm its all worth it brother !

What are your stats Cod3r?
I'm a lifting 'newb' I don't know the measurements and stats persay. I have an eating program and a nice workout program, compliments from the HULK at my local gym and been following that... i'm 5'10/147 right now

Here's a recent shot... i'll have comparison pics in about 3 months lol

I can go on for days,but lets not. The last tip I will leave you with;

~Don't forget your legs. If you give them a good workout it's like half a cycle of roids(releases the tes. in your balls). Squat like there is no tommorow and then follow up with leg presses and calf raises on the leg press machine and your set for legs.

I'm not one for heavy bulking but..'Whey protein' supplement or protein shake in between meals.

Stuff is crazy. Even with a fraction of the recommended amount i had noticed muscle gains/increased strength all over in 2/3 days, without working out.

Easier for those with a faster life.

Don't like putting things that aren't natural into my body. I got in trouble doing that a few years back, unless its been approved and suggested from a doctor I don't get into it... I'll ask my doc about it and see what he says

If you have buttloads of money then supplements are cool or if your stomach hates milk. Think about it though,IT ONLY ADDS 20-35 grams per servings. It cost $2 bucks per serving JUST TO SUPPLEMENT! The stuff I have seen is for 8 servings for $20-35,for only 160-240 more grams of protein!!!!

On the other hand there is 1% milk. Around here you can get a gallon for $2.50,10 grams of protein PER CUP/16 servings to a gallon. Do you know how small a cup is???? It's soo much cheaper just to buy and drink more milk then pay for the protein supplements. So let's see, that's $2.50 for 160 grams of protein hmmmmmm, now now take that $25 you spent on protein supplements and put it in milk and you get 1600 GRAMS OF PROTEIN!!!!

Just thought I would share this. I told this to a friend who spent almost $100 a month on stupid supplements,he said he saves about $60 a month now just from switching over to milk.

I dunno what stuff you're buying...but I use whey protein (chocolate flavour) not the isolate. It has 26g of protein per serving...and has 140 calories, along with a few grams of sugar and fat. I'm skinny so I don't mind the excess stuff besides protein.

It only costs about $1 per serving (30 serving tub costs $30) so it's not that expensive.

Cod3r, I totally understand your health concerns in regards to protein powder. I am very paranoid about using unnatural supplements and the such. However, I went to my doctor and I asked him whether there were any potential harm for protein shakes and all that. He said that there CAN be some negative aspects for people that have unbalanced diets. People that don't get much vitamins, or carbs or whatever and have protein and only protein. But assuming you have a balanced diet, he said it is perfectly safe and I haven't heard anything else to suggest otherwise.

Just put a scoop of it in a glass of milk a couple times a day when you workout, and maybe once a day or so on off days. I use it in combination with meats, eggs, peanut butter, cottage cheese as a complementary source of protein. I mean two of those shakes, with the milk included gets you about 80g of protein. That along with natural proteins from food will get you a nice healthy combination.

And btw you have a nice lean build. Could use some more muscle (I'm sure you already know that) but overall good definition.

I don't understand what you mean by "unnatural" supplements. Whey protein, creatine, multivitamins, fish oil ... those are all found naturally. It's just that you'd have to eat a crap top of food to get anywhere near the doses you can get from power/pills/whatever.

I had a guy at the gym tell me that also, not sure what it means. He lifts about 3x's as much weight as me, but his body dosen't look as nice as mines. Is that wierd ?? He's hella stronger in actuality, but I look stronger than him...??

I had the same thought process a few years ago and lets just say its WRONG. I don't really want to get into it, but lets just say before I put anything into my body that isn't natural food, I'll be visiting the doc ;)

it could be his genetics, diet, workout routine, bodyfat, rest.

yea, ask the docs if u aren't sure.
whey extracted from cow's milk. this is important for postworkout and in the morning since whey is a fast traveling protein compare to casein. this help alot when u just woke up from a long night sleep cause ur body is starving.
creatine ur body produces it, that's all i know since i haven't use this yet. this will help increase ur stength and more....
multi-vitamin u gotta get this. i haven't got sick in months cause of this baby. well, maybe a sore throat here or there but that's it.
fish-oil i don't feel any different when using this. but alot of people say it helps alot with better concentration, fat loss, lower cholesterol, reduce heart problems.
glutamine haven't use this yet, but i heard it help ur joints.

guys, correst me if i'm wrong. i haven't read much about bodybuilding in months and all my knowledge kinda blurred.
