Now that I make sure to get 7-8 hours of sleep every night, I find that I think clearer and the course material seems a lot easier. I'm in a good mood and I'm seldom cranky because I'm well rested. Also, it was always hard for me get bigger because I'm a hard gainer. Now that I'm better rested, I've packed on a lot more weight too.
