“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

“Most men lead lives of quiet desperation”
Henry David Thoreau
Its true most men do, oh what you don’t believe me? Well here are some examples that should relate to a lot of you AFC’s out there.

• You can’t approach a girl BAM! quiet desperation
• You are afraid to tell a girl what you really think BAM! quiet desperation
• You let people use you BAM! quiet desperation
• You chase her instead of making her chase you BAM! quiet desperation
• You think you are not good enough BAM! quiet desperation

Come on boys where are you hiding that confidence? Confidence is the key, not only to women but to life in general. Only confident people get ahead because they can see opportunities and aren’t afraid to take them. You need to find your confidence or else you will never ever ever! Get anywhere in life.

But how do I become confident Lev? Hahaha well I’ll tell you how rookie but I can only give you the keys, you’re the one who has to drive the car. Oh an one more thing……….. There’s no speed limit

Key 1: Look your best

Yes that means lose the man boobs, shave and wear nice cloths. If you look like sh*t you fell like, well you get the point. It’s not about looking like Brad Pitt or George Clooney you can only work with what you got so it’s about looking the best you possibly can. So stop cloths shopping at Target, brush your teeth and for fu*ks sake get rid of that green sh*t under your finger nails.

Key 2: Do things that make you happy

What makes you happy? (Insert answer)…….OK now do it. You have to do things that make you happy; confidence is all about being happy. So make a point of taking some time out everyday and doing something that makes you happy.

Key 3: Body Language

Get your dam hands out of your pocket, stop slouching, stop walking like a zombie and get that stupid frown of your face. Body language relates directly to every emotion you feel. When a person has negative feelings towards someone they will cross there arms we probably all know that, but did you know that if you cross your arms when you are cold you will start getting negative feelings just because your arms are crossed.

Think about it man, next time you are out in public walk like a confident person would walk. Put your arms down by your side, have your hands open, keep a straight face (you don’t want to smile too much) and walk with your head held high.
Key 3: Goals

You need to have goals you can work towards, give yourself something to do in life or else you will just be floating waiting to die.

Key 4: TV is the Devil

Ok I’m not saying to never watch TV again but try to cut down a little. Advertising is designed to makes us feel bad about ourselves so we buy the product to fill the void that they create in our lives. Her is an example “You are loser you can’t get women but hey look at this guy drinking coke he is a winner he is surrounded by hot half naked women”. Now you know coke won’t get you women but subconsciously it hit’s you, you see an attractive guy surrounded by women when you see **** like this 200 times a day it destroys your confidence.

Key 5: Talk to people

Go shopping to buy some cloths and talk to the store attendant. Take every little opportunity you can to talk to people, even get a job as a bar tender or a waiter, join a sporting team basically try to push your self into social situations. The more you talk to people the easier it will become.

Key 6: The mirror is your friend

Hahahaha I’m crazy right? Just stay with me for a little longer. Every night before you jump into bed look in the mirror and tell your self “ I am confident, I am attractive, I am a MAN and any women on this world would want me because I am the perfect package” or somesh*t like that.

Sounds crazy but this works………

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

It's OK I just turn over when the adverts come on. :p

I tend to watch tv at night and don't turn it off until I am about to go to go to sleep. I'm gonna cut that out though because the messages may be being subconsciously drilled into my brain!...No but it keeps me awake longer than I need to be so I'm more tired next day.

However, good post! More like this please.

Hmm... interesting post. Definately some hard facts in there, except I'm pretty damn sure that quote goes: Even though we have all the technological wonders of the 20" century, the vast majority of people still lead lives of quiet desperation."

;-)

TV is the devil, this I know. A rather successful novelist told me that... but what do YOU, then, say about video gaming? :) Jus' curious.

Good Post... Thx

I would also like to add... Hypnosis!
Get a hypnosis CD on confidence. Go to sleep listening to it everynight... saturate the living sh1t out of your mind with it. it only helps!

then MEDITATION!

I can't even begin to endorse meditation, and the wonders it unfolds!

Courage
Clarity
Power
Self-Respect
Intelligence
Wit
Charm
Happiness
Love
Intuition
Success
Abundance
etc, etc, etc.

Straight up... you want to become the master DJ, start practicing meditation, and go deeply into it. Your entire energy level, vibe, being will be seductive! You want have to do a damn thing, but enjoy the fruits of the universe shining through you, and attracting the same.

P.S. I don't see any problem with online gaming... in fact it could be an excellent way to build confidence in oneself. And getting your game down tight in there, will probably enlighten some strategy and technique in your own DJ affairs.

I'll own some heads when it comes to some COD-UO, lol :p

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

It's an alright post. I got some disagreements:

Key 3: Body Language

While I agree that good posture = confident. I disagree that you "shouldn't" show negative body language. Body language speaks 50% of language communication. If you don't like someone or are skeptical, it's up to the other person to OPEN your CLOSED position.

Key 5: Talk to people

Why? Man, I used to be nice and friendly and chatty with random people. And you know what I think. It's a waste of fuking time. Unless you're a pretty f@ggy looking boy.

On body language I’m talking about not walking around like you are a depressed loser because it makes you feel like a depressed loser. If you meet someone and have negative feelings towards them of course you will adopt negative body language.

I am just talking about making your self approachable and making your self seem open to conversation. If you walk around and look confident you will feel better and more people will want to be around you.

If you want to be confident you need to be social, if you want to be social you need to talk to people.

Are you saying its better to be a introvert than it is to be social?

Each to his own
