A different theory on why women don't like AFC's

I have this theory that MOST women..even if they are momentarily in "love"..and have found the perfect guy..are ALWAYS looking for TBBD - The bigger Better Deal..

They will date guys .. think that they are so happily in love..but in the back of their minds..they are ALWAYS looking for the NEXT better deal..to line up..JUSSST in case this relationship doesnt work out

(this is demonstrated by girls who are in relationships..and flirt with every guy they are interested in)

SO why are women turned off by AFC's?? Because they are clingy, dependant, low self esteem, require excessive attention..

and when it comes time for the Woman to give her man the BOOT (due to losing interest)..the AFC wont LEAVE!

He wont leave her alone..he will try to keep in contact with her as if his life depended on it..he will be the guy that just CANT MOVE ON!

If this is true .. and women sense this..if you come off as the clingy, dependant type..and her game is to lose you as soon as she falls in love with another guy

Wouldnt it make sense for women to steeer waaaay clear of guys with this type of behavior?

I dont think Ive read this from Pook..just an observation from some female friends of mine who are trying to break off with their AFC boyfriends..and the guys WILL NOT leave these girls alone

They Start being even MORE afc..by proposing marriage, promising to stop drinking, buying flowers, presents, stalking, reading their emails, following them around to see who they are hanging with, etc

If this is what an AFC is all about..its understandable..why women would rather go for the Jerk/a$$holes who wont give a shyat about getting dumped

Women don't like AFCs because AFCs look at women like women are the prize and men have to EARN that prize because men themselves have no intrinsic value.

If you're a woman, are you going to be attracted to a man who has no value except that which he EARNS from YOU?

It worked that way in olden days, when women were so repressed that you pretty much earned the respect of her FATHER, and you were in, then you spent the rest of your life making it up to her with gifts and such, while all the while she was f'ing the stable boy behind your back and you never knew.

What the hell do you THINK is in all those damned paperback romance novels??

That's just it; It doesn't make sense.. Societal conditoning would explain a lot, I reckon. As long as AFC's exist, women will go for the "easy way out." Once, they get tried of the guy's BS, they kick the chump to the curb and look for something different. By then the girl may be spoiled rotten or damaged goods; maybe even both. That's why I frown on girl dating and falling for AFC's. But, hey, you can't reason with a woman.. "Fall before pride.."
