Let's start right at the top....
-Hair cut and styling
-Dietary amendments to clear skin
-Gym/exercise to lose the second chin and build those feeble-looking shoulders (and probably rest of the body)
-New clothes. Lose the emblazoned t-shirt, usually covered in food and c*m staining
-Get off the internet and out in to the sunshine, talking to real people, while stemming what I can only imagine is a significant porn/masturbation problem
Though this guy likely isn't on this forum, I imagine there are others like him at least lurking; so maybe this will help some.
