"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

While there are lots of IOI´s that are very ambiguous like the touching of the hair that can mean nothing. There is one that I think really shows that she has some level of interest: - She tries to put a kind of more serious look, and you see that she is adjusting the facial expression to look more pretty. Many women don´t like their smiles, so they very often try to put a serious, seductive look, adjusting their eyes and their mouth... Or she pretend to be looking at the horizon knowin you are staring at, and she is trying to do her best face. Of course I don´t mean a bored look, if you have seen this you recognize what im saying.

Probably many here have already noticed this.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Do you mean the Vogue face pose where they look diagonally and watch you out of the corner of their eye? That is a good one. You get that when they see you in the elevator or train. The really pretty ones can mesmerize you for a moment.

Exactly Bigneil, or when they are listening to you, and you can notice they are adjusting their face.

I know what you're talking about, first time I got that look I was thinking like "did I just walk into a photo shoot or something? What's with that face all the sudden?"

Ah, my ex did that right before the first time I kissed her. Drove me nuts! It just made it seem like she was begging for it.

Definitely agree with you that this is a big IOI, and possibly one of the best.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

It's even better when they look you in the eye and pose that way when they first see you.

Either way, time to ask them out the next time you see them.
