But by far the worst. The mother of all failed approaches was this one:

i've got some pretty brutal ones for what it's worth! haha.

I think UK has it slightly worse than some places - probably in part due to the 'stranger-danger' stuff kids are brought up with here, and the whole strangers not talking in general compared to the US for example. Always quite a culture shock in that respect when I visit America, and I know it is for Americans who move here!
But yeah, approaching a girl who has some 'wine confidence' who doesn't like talking to strangers and who also doesn't think you're hot can be the perfect storm for a pretty brutal rejection haha.

But i've been locked up for a year now so I'm kinda looking forward to some harsh rejections in a way! Just wanna get out there! June is when things open without social distancing here

Agree 100% about the looks thing.

Off topic, IME, chicks are very sensitive about the accent thing. Asking if they are XYZ because of their accent or even complimenting their accent doesn’t usually go over well. (Maybe it makes them feel “foreign” and thus self-conscious?)

Best to just start talking and ignore her accent. Where she’s from will come up later or you can ask later in the conversation.

TLDR: Even if her accent is hot, don’t call attention to it.

i wish this was more my philosophy when I very first got into this a long time ago.

I remember so much frustration after posting FR's at reddit and having them try to convince me that my opener didn't work because my approach angle was probably wrong, or that my assumption that local girls seemed to react different to Foreign girls was all in my head because 'Girls are the same, bro'. Or my questioning mysterymethod and it's validity and in the environments I was gaming was wrong because 'human nature doesn't change' etc.

I learnt that the reason the 'rules' are different for every PUA, is because the rules are all dependant on certain things - mainly things like your location, your age (and age of girls you're hitting on) and your looks

Trusting my instincts would have saved me a lot of heacache. Most annoying is that in hindsight, I probably had more experience than the people on reddit giving me feedback!

3.) They do nothing to improve themselves to become a better man.
4.) They chase women instead of focusing and chase their own excellence an all areas where they can improve.
