“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

there are some researches telling this, what's your take on this statement?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

it probably depends on other things on how well you take in supplements. like how you eat and if you exercise, eating shouldnt matter though. maybe taking vitamins is just bull. but i dont know much about all that.

Well i have the best vitamins in the market and after taking one daily dose, your urine turns bright geenish yellow. SO that would explain a little bit, but i dont see 98% going down the tubes...

:p LMFAO!!:D i know! i got freaked at first too.. the vitamins I take are made by a company called Nutrilite. They are the best.. and you cant get them unless your a supplier.

They bought all the surrounding farms, because they didnt want the neighboring farms' pesticides to blow over their crops. They use Egyptian Earthworms, to kill the pests.

If it takes more than 30 minutes from the time the Alfalfa or whatever, is harvested, and put into pill form, they will throw that batch out. They dont Fukk around. They are also the only vitamin that is approved by the FDA... all that crap out there that you guys buy.. its not approved. A recent study showed that another brand's Ginseng supplements had NO ginseng at all.. just some dirt, and a few other plants. Be careful what you guys are taking. Its just like that spring water scandal.

This Company has been around the longest.. and they infact invented the Vitamin (someone had to do it). But since they are owned by a word of mouth advertising-only business.. you cant get them unless you know someone like me;) .

See.. theres a reason theyre better. They have 0 advertising costs.. ya know, the where most companies spend their money... instead of on R&D. It only makes sense.

Ahh.. i just blabbed... but anyhow, watch what your eating AND what your taking as a supplement.

I think that vitamin pills like Centrum are complete crap since research suggests that 80% go into the urine...

That's why IF you buy vitamin tablets, make sure you buy the SLOW BURN tablets (usually more expensive but far better)...that makes sure that much more of the effect is taken by the body before the tablets are digested.

Ask your pharmacist for more details.

Taking them with food slows the rate of gastric emptying and subsequent entry into the bloodstream.

You heard the 90% on a radio commerical for sea silver. Certainly they want you to believe that so you buy their supplement.

Regardless of what percent is absorbed, supplementing is sound, especially with vitamin C for colds. Also if you workout it is quite obvious your need for nutrients increases. Depending on getting it from food means you better prepare your nutrition correctly.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I hear doctors and pharmacists saying this. And when I ask them to tell me the difference between a low gi carb and a high gi carb, they asked if I am talking about some kind of supplement.

People who don't read drawing conclusions - love it!

Please post an abstract or two like Viroid does on occasion. I find this discussion really interesting, and I'm curious if these claims that you piss out 99% of the vitamin pill hold water.

Doctors take few if any courses in nutrition. This is a serious problem if they don't take the time to study it themselves.

Improper nutrition has implicative roles in many disease processes. If not the precipitating factor, it certainly contributes it's role.

HA! Ive had one say that steroids cause brain cancer. I told him to show me one study which linked them together. Then i smiled and said, "wait a minute, you arent going to find one because ther are none!" OH, and most doctors HATE when you correct them and damage their fragile egos.

There are some real dumb doctors out there. Becoming a doctor dosent mean you are extremely intelligent. It just means you consistantly did your homework.

The way I see it, ignorance is what brings most patients to see their primary care doctor, who knows absoluately nothing about nutrition or exercise or empathy (woops, got a little off track). So the physician has all of these super duper miracle drugs that pharmaceutical companies get rich off of and that treat the symptoms and so nobody along the way has to bother knowing a damned thing about nutrition or general health. Pharamceutical companies have more money than university affiliated scientists willing to study supplements and the effects of nutrition and activity on health. And patients and HMOs (usa) alike enjoy quick fixes, the less expensive the better. Thus the vicious cycle.

I still wanna hear about the vitamin-piss theory, but while we've changed over to talking about medicine:

Got heartburn? Take a pill
Got high blood pressure? Take another pill
Got high cholesterol? Here's some capsules for ya!
No energy? Add these pills to your arsenal.
Feeling crumby? An ssri will brighten your day!
Trouble sleeping at night? More brain pills.
Can't get it up cuz all those meds are poisoning you? Viagra!
Muscles sore? Nothing speeds recovery like an nsaid! uh, right... ?
Stomach lining charred to a crisp for some mysterious reason? More pills!
Chronic fatigue? It's all in your head, but take some more pills!
Developing Type II diabetes? Umn, umn? Pill, pill, where's the pill?
Cancer? ummm.
Death? Can the pharmacos and doctors make money off of dead people? HMOs can if death is unexpected and established before they hit the emergency room. Oh well, will tuck some pills in your coffin for good measure.

I think that everyone in the medical establishment short of the endocrinologist is trained to tell you that steroids cause brain tumors, or something stupid to deter you from reading and processing information. I've asked for a referal to see an endo before (I wasn't thinking about juicing!) and the pcp was pissed, insulted even that I could pronounce "endocrinologist" let alone appreciate the deficit in knowledge between one of them and the pcp, with respect to my concerns.

I'm sure over the counter supplements and herbal remedies give you brain tumors also. Eating well can give you brain tumors. So can lifting weights and participating in a competitive sport. he he, bet you didn't know that.

Most Vitamins are recommended to be taken with a meal.

This way, I assume, the vitamins pair up with the vitamins in your food and are absorbed better.

Taking vitamins on an empty stomach would decrease the amount absorbed. This is my theory but I would look in the net for exact info.

The brain cancer connnection is likely from Lyle Alzado a football player for the Raiders during the 70's and 80's. He was an admitted steroid user and developed brain tumors which he subsequently died from. Whether the steroids caused it or not, probably wasn't conclusively proven.

I'm a bit confused, if 90% of the vitamin nutrient goes to the urine then what about protein powders?
What makes them different when we can crush the vitamin and also mix it with water just like we can with protein powders? They're both from nature too..

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
