“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Last school year I lifted literally atleast 4 times a week, sometimes 5, most workouts were about 45min-hour. I'm 5'7 125lbs currently at 16 yrs old. At my prime i was like 130lbs[probalby retained water, I ran a cycle of creatine] and max benching 135.
But once school ended I didn't have a place to lift, I was always on vacation and whatnot as well.
School starts in a week and I need to get back into the swing of things[I'm taking weight training this year, should help].
My questiosn are: my biceps have lsot little to no mass in these 2 monthes of slacking off[i feel weak as sheit]. Most of my body-mass in general fromw heni wa slifting is still around. ****, i still even have my pecks. How much of my strength do you think I have lost? And do you think it will all be regained shortly after lifting?

And also, I plan to start another cycle of creatine, the stuff helped me improve a lot and faster than others. Does anyone have any other supplement suggestions to use during the same cycle? I was thinking Protein. thanks.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

no dont get into anything else, creatine and protein is good for you. get a multivitamin and maybe some bcaa's if you want to feel hardcore. i notice an energy change when using them. dont get creatine mono, get creatine ethyl ester.

sounds good.

your gains should come back quick, yeah. Workout is a little too much volume for me. Protein + creatine is fine for you bro.... a multivitamin for health... make sure you eat like a horse. If you do it right I could see you gaining 30-50 lbs in a year ;) (16-17... that many hormones, w/ lifting + enough food... you could do that much mass)

I take creatine mono, but CEE is better yeah... I get some results from creatine mono still tho.
