You can't POSSIBLY argue she had any intent other than to go through his bag for her own personal interest. The fact that his bag was returned proves NOTHING about gorilla woman's intent. You may as well argue that attempted robbery isn't a crime, since the victim retained his things, therefore the robber had no criminal intent.

I'm not stretching anything. If you look at the comments below the girl's statement, everyone in there keeps saying to return the bag to him and that she's lying when she says she doesn't have it. EBM said out of his own mouth he had his stuff back after the incident, which is exactly what the girl said, that she doesn't have his bag. So why do so many people keep saying she has his bag?

I didn't say he started it. I'm saying that we don't know what happened prior to the film rolling. We know that EBM is a certified loon off his meds and other videos on youtube show him being tasered and arrested during a baseball game. Other anecdotal reports indicate he has a history of being a troublemaker and he admitted out of his own mouth he's been to jail, sold drugs and pimped. So all I'm saying is we don't know for sure what led up to the incident before the film started rolling and who really started it. We also know that EBM isn't the knight on a white horse people seem to think he is. Based on his own history of criminality, if he was black, people would be calling him just another thug. But since he's white, he gets all this sympathy.

this. If you are picking sides based on race, you need to look at your own beliefs about race. I'm with the old guy because he was man enough to walk way, and the punk ass couldn't let it go and got what he deserved. But if the colors were reversed I'd feel the same way. It's not about race its about right and wrong.

I already said that I supported the EBM and think the younger guy deserved it. What i'm saying though is that if you google for more info about the epic beard man, you'll find out that he is kind of a troublemaker. When the police report is released with other passengers accounts of what happened leading into it, we'll have the evidence of who really started it. White guy amde ANTI RACIST comments as I posted in the transcript, and tried to diffuse the racial tension
White guy acted semi-crazy, but consciously tried to avoid physical conflict

Your argument can be summed as such:

White guy was crazy at a baseball game on some other day
We don't know what happened prior to video
Since white guy is crazy at the baseball game, the bus incident is probably his fault
