Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

The following weeks I started lifting heavy, up to 280 lbs. on bench and 800 lbs. on squat. Then again, prior to the increase I was probably lifting far below my capacity due to being grouped with thin and lanky weightlifting partners.
Damn, I need to get my fat ass back into a gym. I miss that excitement!
Edit: Oh my god, I miss that excitement. I'm getting a membership as soon as I get back from this weekend's series of parties.
It helps to be crazy. I miss those mornings of physical education with two girls wrapped in my arms, at the waist... That's always a good way to start the routine. I remember during lifting the class usually had music playing. I'd sing aloud to whatever was playing. The guys around me were clearly annoyed, my friends were embarassed, but I owned the attention of the girls during that class.donjuanjovi said:800lbs![]()
