I have 4 weeks to shred as much as possible. Right now I'm 5'7" at 194 lbs (mostly muscle). When I started bulking in January, I was 165 lbs. I'm now at the size I want to be, but while bulking, I gained what I'd like to call "a gut". It's not huge, but I would look bigger if I could get it down some.
Anyway, I'm going on a trip in 4 weeks, and I'd like to shed the gut as much as possible.

Continue my 6 meals a day, but stop eating at 6pm. No more food after that.
I have 3 meals and 3 shakes a day, and I thought I would cut the meals down to tuna or chicken only.
- I haven't done any ab workouts, so I'll start doing that 3-4 days a week.
- Cardio? I do it about twice a week. I'm going to start doing it 4-5 days a week for 30-35 minutes as long as I burn at least 400 calories each time.
- Continue to lift heavy.
- When I get hungry, I'll just drink water. If I'm still hungry after eating tuna or chicken, I'll just drink more water.
