"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I have always been one of those people who has been to nervous to approach, to kind to say what I really think to people, to scared to make a success of my life. except til now. Here is 3 points that has really made a difference in my life and in my confindence, so i hope it helps others.

1. I can't remember where I got this from but it is really significant. If your scared or anxious to do something eg. approaching woman.

Quote - " You should also understand that physiologically, fear and excitement comes from the “same place” near your chest. It has been proven that fear and excitement share the same sensations. It’s how you view them that make them different than each other. (So next time you’re anxious, ask yourself, “is this fear, or is this excitement?”) "

2. The power of belief is the real form of confindence. Believe in yourself and what you can do and really some strange things start to happen to you, but the thing about belief is you can't just hope, or think you can you have to actually believe it can happen it's like the scene on Indiana Jones and the last crusade where he walks on air because he uses his faith and truely believes, or for the english people a recent Dr Who the episode with the Devil where he jumps as an act of faith. If you believe in yourself you will succeed, sometimes to succeed it may quite probably be required to make an effort because not all things will just come to you but by believeing it will open those doors for you that were closed before. It's like a world record that has stood for ages in which everyone believes it is impossible to beat, except for that person who believes he can do it and he does. then everyone else realises it's possible and within months it's broken over and over, this is a fact. Use this your life (your career, challenges in your life, woman..whatever ) and things will start to happen for you more than they ever have before.

3. You only have one life. yeah you can go through life doing the norm just living but this is your only chance, weather you take it or not is up to you? no ones else really gives a **** about you cept yourself.. I couldn't give a **** if you go out and get run over tomorrow and bleed to death all over the road neither does billions of other people in the world cept maybe your mom, family and friends..when they die you'll soon be forgotten. Say what you want, do what you want, and get what you want; overwise you may aswell **** off and die cause your lying on the ground and slowly doing yourself over you might just aswell get it over with and slit your throat right now. :kick:

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
