"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

1. Imagine having Jessica Alba in your bedroom for 20 minutes? And then she would just dissapear after that. Just like *poof*. Like a fycking genie :)

What would you do to her for these 20 minutes if she wanted to fyck? I don't think you would spend time talking about your friend's big muscles. Noooo. You would fyck the living **** out of her.

So.. what does this have to do with you hitting a punch bag or running HIIT?

You just give it to the damn punchbag for 2 or 3 minutes. Imagine that it's Jessica Alba you are giving it to, and then after 2 minutes, she dissapears. Your chance is then over to fyck her. So hit the damn bag and stop feeling sorry for your bytch ass.

2. As you just read it. "Stop feeling sorry about yourself"
READ IT AGAIN AND AGAIN, then say it to yourself when you're feeling that you wanna give up.

Peace

You lost me through the humping-of-the-punching-bag bit... but I agree with the rest. :p

When I got started, I found that educating myself about nutrition and fitness made it easier for me to really push myself. I felt that I was more competent, and thus it was easier for me to MAKE time to go to the gym. Well, not make it, but utilize it. Most people have the time they just make excuses for not going. Basically, no one likes doing things they aren't good at (generally) so equipping yourself with knowledge that can make you better is only going to increase your confidence and help you pump that iron more often. Worked for me anyway.

I think that would just make me masturbate and fall asleep. I always prefer to think about people that I want to smash.

Brilliant.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
