About the first question, do you go at it like crazy panting sex-starved lunatics? Think Fight Club - the noise upstairs when Tyler is fcking Martha. Or would you usually keep it low key.

And 2 - do you play music in the background? What type?

Have you gone to the gym?

When you're really concentrated on the excercise you don't really notice if you "scream" or not. You barely do, just at the end of your final rep. And really depends, maybe your body feels like giving a goood "aahhh", maybe even not, it's not really an indicative of the excercise. Maybe some newbies do it just because they have this idea subconciously in their minds about having to scream or screech or something, because they saw some huge guy do it.

Same with sex.

If you want to have sex like a king, sex to the music of Thriller.

Yep, its like Tyler and Martha. No, I barely ever have sex to music, but if its in the car, I usually do.
