"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

soy milk sucks...raises estrogen and it doesn't absorb as well as cows milk.
It has other bad nutrients that slow down or completely prevent your body from absorbing good healthy nutrients.

AVOID SOY LIKE SHIT ON A PIECE OF CHOCOLATE

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Just wanted to add something on this milk topic that might help someone else who has gone this route.

I started drinking soy milk back in 2001 and stopped drinking it in December of 2007 and started back drinking cows milk. Since then I have had loose stools two months until I did a little research and all indications are pointing to a lactose intolerance to milk. What I have found is during the 7 years of drinking soy milk my body stopped making the digestive enzyme lactase naturally I believe it's called and I have to supplement in order to tolerate dairy.

This morning I bought some dairy relief supplements and so far after drinking a whey shake I have been find.

Previous to drinking soy milk I had no problems consuming cows milk so I am keeping a close eye on my stomach to see how it tolerates the moo in the coming days.

Thanks Throttle for your reply too... I was wondering about that.

i read about a book every day or two. a hazard of being trapped in academia. and i'm one of those idiot savants who can synthesize ridiculous amounts of information, put it in layman's terms, and i can keep a relatively open mind (simon, shaun & a couple other guys here have really changed my mind about a couple things since i started posting).

plus google makes us all look smarter than we actually are :D when somebody asks something and i'm curious enough, i google around and see what's out there.

When i was a little kid living in russia, my grandma used to take me to a place to get fresh goat milk.!! I LOVED THAT STUFF, but these days i cant find it anywhere. I found Goat Vanilla Yogurt, but never the milk. I dont know what the difference is i guess ill google it, but all i know is my grandma said it was better for me :)

I miss grandma, she was very influential and a good person.

Soya. Cows milk is for baby cows. And it makes me phlegmy.

Cheese is good though.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
