"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Hey all,

The First Date -

I ended up going out with this girl the other night. She was on a dating site so it was the first time that I saw her in person. She looked pretty good overall.

We met up for ice cream (she does live somewhat far from me but not too bad)

I gave her a hug to greet her and then we sat down and started talking. She is definitely goofy and likes to laugh. We had a great conversation. Her personality is definitely something that I'm attracted to.

I got some good kino in with her. I put my arm around her while we were sitting down for most of the conversation. She made decent eye contact. When she was talking, she kind of looked away and then back at me. (Maybe nerves) When I spoke, she gave me pretty good eye contact. I was playful and she laughed at my jokes. I smiled alot through the conversation and showed I was interested in getting to know her.

I was very happy with my interaction. I have a tendency to over analyze things. I said something that I was "oh man why did I say that" but it probably wasn't a big deal. I felt I may have complimented too much but it felt right at the time.

I noticed that she was playing with her hair which is a good indication of attraction. I noticed that several times as the night went on.

I'm not sure if there is a strong connection from my end yet. I ended up not going in for the kiss. I know you guys will tell me I'm a fool for not doing it but I just had a plan to hug and kiss her on the cheek. I want to see if there is a strong connection on my end before I move in for the kiss. I guess this comes from inexperience. I haven't dated in a long time and this was my first date in probably a couple years so I'm learning as I go.

Anyway, she agreed to a 2nd date. It will definitely be an action date so I can see how fun she will be. It may not be next weekend because she might be going out of town but she's supposed to let me know. My plan is if I don't hear from her to call her tomorrow and find out what's up and then attempt to schedule the 2nd date.

Does anyone have any advice moving forward? My main focus is on building attraction and a connection.

As far as kissing goes, do you find it's better to kiss the girl at the end of the date or at the beginning when first greeting her or somewhere in the middle? Do you find that most girls rather kiss in private than in public?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I dont like "Signs" or "Boosting" womens interest, they like me (My Don Juan Me) for who I am. If they dont like it, their loss!

Anyways, YES you must have your next date be an ACTION DATE! Remember, long talks lead to friendship... Pick something you wanna do and invite her out, if she really likes you she will follow your lead! Now, if you can help it... Dont talk to her anymore until the date, except when you call to set up the date. She must wait, wonder and miss you until the second date.

Also, nice job withholding the kiss. If you think she has a great time, she must wait for the second date to get the kiss. If she acted like she had a bad time on the first date, go for the kiss. Some girls are really shy or if she turns away you know where she stands.

Good Luck on the 2nd date!
