so i read on the back of my whey protein powder that i shouldn't use under the age of 18......i'm 15 so is it a problem?

I'M NOT BULKING (SRY 4 THE CAPS, I CAN'T CONTROL IT) I'M JUST USING THE POWDER FOR FASTER MUSCLE GROWTH. ALSO, MY DAD (WHO IS A DOCTOR) SAYS THAT PROTEIN POWDER IS BAD FOR YOU CAUSE THEY PUT SO MUCH **** IN IT, AND IT'S PROCESSED BY MACHINES.

if you're not bulking then theres not much reason for you to take whey seriously anywayanyways

but whey is fine, my pediatrician said so, theres processed sh1t everywhere bro


if youre just going to take a scoop or some PWO then theres no way that can hurt you, but yeah, if you're not bulking i don't see much reason why you would take whey

WELL I'M NOT "BULKING" BUT I SWIM FOR 2 HOURS EVERYDAY AND LIFT FOR ABOUT 30 MIN AFTER THAN SO.....

AND IF I DONT DRINK A PROTEIN SHAKE, WHAT SHOULD I EAT RIGHT AFTER MY WORKOUT?

Milk,fruits and a serving of some type of meat or eggs.

If I could turn back time I would (regrets)... at 15 you should master bodyweight exercises, so much you can do... don't worry about protein or those supplements, just use common sense and eat healthy, do cardio, yada yada...
