Im really young and lately all my erections have been soft. Ive searched all these threads and its not anxiety and im physically in pretty good shape . I dont masturbate that often but do i eat junk food from time to time. But im 18 so i dont know going on. I havent had a hard one in about a week and half. Idk wtf to do

Since I'm going to assume you're not obese or a drug addict, there's probably some psychological aspect to it. Have you been unusually stressed, unhappy, or worried about something recently?

Could also be a crap diet devoid of important minerals like zinc.

Just because you eat a little junk food once in awhile tells us little about the rest of your diet. I know when I eat poorly I feel like crap.
